Ilunion Aqua 4

"I booked Hotel ILUNION Aqua 4 through stayforlong.com nearly a year ago at a great price for the high-demand Valencia Marathon weekend. They just canceled my booking, claiming "overbooked," but the same hotel rooms are currently available on other sites for much higher prices. This is highly dishonest and clearly an attempt to profit from high season demand. Avoid at all costs."

"Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very helpful providing information on nearby attractions and dining options. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The terrace bar presented a nice view of the city and coast but the staff was less welcoming. Although they may have just opened, not all the drinks on the menu were available, the food options were limited, the margarita was lacking, and we had to get the attention of the server several times to take our order and pay our bill. There was only one other table that had guests and one of those individuals actually had to go downstairs to get the server on more than one occasion. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and well worth the $. The 5 rating is for the hotel and staff below the terrace bar, that would get a 1 if we could rate that separately."
