"The Las Casas de La Judería Hotel in Seville is like a village of traditional houses linked by external pathways, with courtyards, quiet spots, fountains and plants along the way. The roof swimming pool gives an opportunity for dipping and not swimming but the views make up for it and more. You cannot ask for much better service, cleanliness, beauty with decorative touches all the way. The breakfast is copious and varied so well worth including. The room and facilities were superb. Perhaps a better map could be provided to capture the details of small streets. A great experience of being made welcome as if it was so straight forward, and with such success. Manuel is as smiley and helpful at breakfast and piano bar, and Erika looks after everyone so well, making every morning a good start of the day for night owls. A real treat was that the breakfast window was 8.00am to 11.00am so there is no rush."

"Terrible reception staff who hide behind the desk staring at a screen and dont acknowledge you when you pass. Your existence at the hotel seems a massive inconvenience to them as they reluctantly and gruffly answer your questions. No hello, how are you? Did you enjoy your stay? Nothing. My third stay wont happen again when return to seville in 3 years unless they change the attitude of their receptionists. The hotel itself is beautiful"
