Golf Beach

"Just returned from 10 days holidaying at Hotel Golf Beach for the 13th time. Cannot praise staff enough, basic but a friendlier hotel would be hard to find. Rooms basic but comfortable, food basic but acceptable, pool basic but acceptable. Ineis, Richaarrd, Malike, Marc and all cleaning staff always a smiling greeting whilst doing their jobs. Perfectly situated for all amenities. Hotel Golf Beach perfect for us, why go anywhere else. Already planning next year's visit."

"Just returned from Hotel Golf Beach. Location: The location is perfect, close to bust station, shops and restaurants and about 10 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel is really clean and the staff are very friendly. Food: There is a bar and you can get a freshly cooked to order breakfast and they make the best coffee, The chef is the best. No home comforts: This is a basic 2 star property which suits a no fuss no frills cheap break away. so take your own beach towels, travel kettle if you like a coffee in your room. To hire a fridge is extra around 40 euros a week. there is no air con in the rooms so they get really hot and its difficult to sleep. they provide you with a fan but it just moves the warm around so if going in August hire a portable air conditioner (extra charge). Pool: pool area looks lovely and is cleaned daily, but we didn't use it as the beach is so nice. All in all, a really good stay. it's the staff that make this place great, they really are the best. A good choice for a mini break, great location and affordable."

"A great base for visiting Santa Ponsa. Rooms are basic (no air con) but they're amongst the cheapest in the area. 3 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to all the local shops / restaurants. A bar downstairs that serves food, open till late. We will return."
