Zafiro Palace Palmanova

"great experience at end of season, good all inclusive food, quiet, warm. the halloween cake display on what i understand was the penultimate day the hotel was open was incredible! previously stayed a couple of times at ZP in alcudia and this was similar high standard, the brand is excellent and we will visit more."

"We really enjoyed our holiday here - the staff were attentive, the food was excellent and the kids entertainment was superb. Also it's a great location right next to the beach and with beautiful views. There were niggles - the pools weren't quite heated enough so our four year old barely went in, our hot tub didn't work for a while, there are no plastic cups in the bedrooms which was stressful with small kids (but the hotel were very understanding about breakages - of which there were several!), the excellent buffet restaurant closed two days before we left and the restaurant at the veranda was lower quality which was a shame. But I still couldn't knock a start off because really these weren't a huge deal and overall we just felt very well looked after and were able to have a good holiday which both kids and parents enjoyed! We'd definitely consider rebooking."

"We’re just back from the most amazing week at the Zafiro Palace in Palmanova. We loved the hotel and will definitely be back. We upgraded to a Zafiro Club swim up room and are so glad we did. The swim up pool was heated and our girls (5 & 8) loved it. All of the little perks from being Zafiro Club helped make the holiday even better ☺️ the standard rooms were also beautiful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. As a fussy vegetarian who usually doesn’t enjoy eating at hotels, the food was some of the best I’ve had (both the buffet and a la carte restaurants). It’s the first holiday I’ve been on in years where I’ve not felt like I wanted to eat out. The staff were all lovely and so welcoming. Toni at reception was brilliant and I had an amazing massage from Anna at the spa. I loved that the shows at night were great for kids as well as adults (my two aren’t that fussed for the mini disco anymore) so it was great that they also had the dance show, acrobats and bubble show which they both loved. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Palmanova beach which we really liked because it was so close by but you also felt like you were in a peaceful little bubble when you were in the hotel complex. Thank you to everyone at the hotel who helped make our stay so special ☺️"
