"Once again fabulous stay in this brilliant hotel , hotel staff from cleaners to management can't do enough to help .Weather was rubbish this week but no one can do anything about .still was a lovely holiday ,mostly down to the staffs friendliness and the brilliant job they all do .spotless, quite ,stunning views and smiling staff .brilliant"

"We travelled to this hotel which is in a great location for the second time this year and weren't disappointed by our room on the 5th floor with fabulous views of Calvia beach. The staff were friendly and professional and helpful, the breakfast was excellent standard with plenty of choices. Didn't use the pool or sunbeds on this visit but plenty available. Looking forward to our next visit..😎🏖🌞"

"I'm here now sat on the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, that's as good as it gets. The views from the hotel are great. At no point will you get any sun on your sea view balcony, If you want to get some sun round the pool get ready to move your sun bed plenty as the hotel does not get great sunshine. Location is OK, paticularly if you want to go to the Magaluf strip but personally I think it's better on the other side of the bay as you will get more sunshine.. If you want to make use of the jacuzzis on the VIP terrace, good luck, the water is changed daily and is constantly cold. Location for the beach is great, a plus point. The food divided our family, I didn't think it was that bad but I was outvoted and the other 2 thought it was rubbish so we went out for breakfast and tea. The room is outdated, the doors have holes in them and the skirting boards are rotten, the air con rattles away, it's a good job we're here in September and not reliant on it as it was so loud we had to turn it off, we did get maintenance out to it and to be fair he did quieten it down a bit before he got back to his main job of cleaning the VIP terrace with his hose pipe! And it's always nice to dry yourself with a towel with a big hole in it. Would I stop here again? Absolutely not"
