FERGUS Paraiso Beach

"Family of 9 that’s 5 adults n 4 kids Batman not respectful at all not at the bar when u need a drink u got to the main desk so they do the drinks the barman comes back and because uv got to the main desk comes back and starts shouting at us on giving dirty looks!! We spoke to the manager as soon as taking in front of him he thinks it funny then goes again and we am waiting the bar after waiting 40 mins for a drink he try’s to to get us out not saying girl it’s a night he says get out and because he know We have spoken to the manager he’s starts saying things to me I don’t understand me knowing it no nice what he’s saying and them thinks it’s funny! The hotel is lovely they just need to get a new barman other then that it been nice!! Could do more food the kids like tho"

"We recently spent 11 nights at the Hotel Moon Dreams Paraiso and enjoyed it very much. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Rooms are clean with plenty of storage and hanging space, although not enough depth to hang midi or maxi dresses without folding at the bottom, There is a coffe making machine with four pods. If You need anymore you have to purchase them. There was no kettle in room, but asked at reception and one was provided. Consequently no tea bags or milk pods. Purchased a tub of milk from supermarket across road and managed to fit it into drinks fridge. Fortunately, I brought tea bags from home! The breakfasts are amazing. The one thing we were disappointed with was the balcony . We paid extra for a large balcony with sun beds a small table and upright chairs. A more relaxing set of chairs would have been more comfortable. Having said that we never saw the sun on the balcony as it faced north! Used pool area for sunbathing. Hotel Having said that, we would certainly return again. Ate out each night and can recommend the restaurant Solimar just down the road from hotel. ."

"We got a last minute deal for 2 nights in October Such a quiet chilled hotel and the weather was still great. Pool area great my friend booked a Thai Massage via the advertisement board and she’d highly recommend. Our room was lovely clean and bright. Breakfast one of the best Iv had in a hotel abroad fantastic choice and quality. Staff are so friendly especially the maids who keep the hotel immaculate. We travelled to Las Dalia’s for the Saturday hippy market taxi was less than 10 euros highly recommended for a day out. We are returning in May we enjoyed it so much and to attend the hippy market which is just around the corner. Beach and local shops and restaurants all in short walking distance and all fabulous. Only issue with hotel was I requested a iron and a kettle as I drink herbal tea and had taken my own as only coffee is supplied in the room with coffee machine. receptionist said they’d be in the room for 4pm and unfortunately never arrived. Also the luggage weight machine is faulty. There is a tennis court right next to the hotel the noise is constant but they had music on around the pool so it wasn’t to bad and there is some guard dogs in a property opposite the dogs bark a lot but this isn’t the hotels issue. Looking forward to returning to such a lovely place and beautiful hotel."
