"Some good features; good facilities especially the rooms and pool area. Lovely massage in the spa. Good access to the beach. Very peaceful location. However food was very very poor, except in the pool bar but restricted opening hours there. Whilst the reception area is smart the rest of the hotel is tired with uneven boards around the pool, characterless corridors and basic bathrooms."

"Just got back from a lovely 10 day holiday. From start to finish the hotel and staff were great. The room I was in was clean and well furnished. The views are worth worth the price alone. The pool is black tile which keeps it at a lovely temperature. Parking at the front of the hotel is quite busy but there are alway spaces available at the bottom of the Hill. My wife and daughter both used the spa which I am told was amazing they both smelled of chocolate after. I will definitely book again."

"We have just come back from a very pleasant seven night stay. There was no way of putting my review as 4.5 stars so I chose 5 I had read the reviews before we left and I was dreading it slightly, but when we got there, I was very pleasantly surprised . We had a three bedroom three bathroom family suite which was fantastic. Each bathroom had a . It was clean tidy and had three balconies. One of the balconies had a table and chairs but I feel they would benefit from a Sunlounger on one of those balconies Due to us being on the top floor, there was no shade on the balconies and it would be good if there was a canopy that could be used. We went half board and having travelled with four picky daughters we were lucky enough that there was food that each daughter enjoyed every meal. We did find it strange that we had to pay for drinks with our evening meal (even soft drinks) which with half board you don’t normally need to do. Every member of staff was lovely and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Raimero was our favourite and always gave excellent service and remembered what drinks we all wanted after the first time he served us. There is a lift from the hotel which leads straight down to the beach, which was really helpful If you are looking at going to busier towns for evening entertainment or different beaches, you will need a car (or buses run regularly) The town is very quiet and has one spar shop, a pharmacist and a couple of small café/bars. The swimming pool was clean and there were no sun bed wars as there is a policy stating no reserving beds. One of the lifeguards was fantastic and extremely helpful and chatty and smiley. Overall, this was an absolutely fantastic holiday and the hotel was lovely. We would definitely go back."
