"We went for my husbands 70 th birthday. We were very impressed with the hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the suite is large. The negatives are they don’t provide steak knives at the evening meal . We found that the normal knives aren’t sharp enough but unfortunately the waitress said they don’t provide them. Also the pool doesn’t open until 11 am and there is a chain across the access . It does state on the leaflet given at check in that this is the case. The hotel was full but very calm and tranquil. Apart from those negatives we enjoyed are stay."

"An outstanding hotel. From the excellent customer service, food, facilities to the location this is a special place. We visited for 4 nights in late October. Check-in was easy and set the tone for the stay. Information about all the facilities was explained in detail and our luggage was taken to our room by Akiram, who was a fountain of knowledge about the resort. We stayed on a Bed and Breakfast basis, as other reviews have stated the food is outstanding. There’s something for everyone. The layout of the restaurant made for a calm experience which isn’t the case I’ve experienced in every buffet type hotels. The gym is probably the best hotel gym we’ve used and the spa facilities are excellent. Outdoor pool areas and sun beds are immaculate with beds for every resident. The evening entertainment was great and inline with what you would expect. A few tips of things to do. We visited the island of Lobos and walked to the top of the volcano. The main town centre is about a 20 minute walk or just to the right of the hotel are electric scooters which are fun and reduce the time to circa 5 minutes."

"A top class hotel. Ideal for total adult relaxation. Our room was a standard room but it was large and well equipped. Facilities around both the pool area and terraces were very comfortable. There was good access to sun beds so no need to search to get one in a suitable location. The pools were a little cold for our preference. We only stayed on a bed and breakfast basis so our eating experience was limited when compared to those on an all inclusive deal. I would have no doubt that the overall standard in other restaurants would be exceptional. The main town centre is walkable in 20 - 30 mins but a nice touch would have been a regular shuttle service. The standard of evening entertainment we experienced was of a good standard. Based on our overall experience we would have no hesitation in returning."
