Cuisine’s an important part of the Ikos Andalusia experience. And here it’s elevated to something magical thanks to à la carte menus designed by some of the best chefs in the business. Whether you fancy authentic Italian dishes at Fresco, Asian flavour at Anaya, or  sophisticated French classics in an elegant setting, your palate will be richly rewarded.

Before and after dining, make sure you put time aside to soak up the ambience at one of the onsite bars. You’ll find eight of them here, including one on the beach, a cocktail bar that’s strictly for adults, and a funky night club that’s open in high season.

Hotels live or die by their pool scene and at Ikos Andalusia they pass with flying colours. Nine outdoor and indoor pools – all heated to an optimum temperature – include two overlooking the beach, a children’s pool and splash, plus much more besides.

And for an added touch of tranquillity, make your way to the indoor pool that’s reserved only for guests aged 16 and up. While there, it’s only right you get to explore the other fabulous wellness facilities, including a sauna, steam room, a shared wet area for men and women, plus an ice fountain to invigorate your senses.

From excited toddlers to easily bored thirteen-year-olds, there’s something for everyone here. Heroes Village has play sessions throughout the day and boasts a range of activities that includes arts and crafts, science experiments, and team sports to name just a few. And for an additional charge, parents can use the fun facilities, and expert serves at the Heroes Creche.

Budding Jude Bellinghams, meanwhile, can join the Football Academy – for ages 4 to 14 – and hone their soccer skills. And that’s not to mention, such unique offering as the Heroes Supper Club, where kids can enjoy a delicious dinner with their newly made friends followed by a series of fun activities. With so much to do, the chances are they may never want to leave.
