"We always book the room superior in the top of the hotel. The room was always cleaned up every day. The personal is very kind and want to do everything to make you comfortable. The food was good and from good quality. We enjoyed our staying very much!!!!"

"We booked this hotel after seeing promising photos and reviews on the easyJet website, but the reality was shocking. The staff at the bar and in the restaurant were friendly and the food was actually really good, but the room was in unacceptable condition. • Only two stained towels for three guests • Ants under the pillow, pubic hair on towels, and blood on pillows • Holes in the walls spilling dust, broken wallpaper, filthy balcony door that doesn’t lock • Hair in the bed, stains on walls, ceilings, and mattresses • One plug socket and one working lamp for the entire room • Overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance As three young women, we felt unsafe and misled. The room bore no resemblance to the advertised images, and the broken balcony lock added to our discomfort. We’ve submitted photos and videos to management and received an upgrade from bed and breakfast to full board, but this experience has left us extremely disappointed. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made."
