"Don’t believe all the bad reviews. We booked as a last minute 3 day break to see what the Benidorm hype is all about. We stayed on the first floor and found our room to be clean and tidy with all the staff nice and polite. Hotel Is a little dated but doesn’t deserve the bad reviews."

"I wish I could give zero stars. My stay at this hotel was absolutely awful. The room looked okay at first, but after the first night, I woke up covered in red, itchy bites. I immediately checked the bed and found bed bugs crawling on the mattress and headboard. I reported it to the front desk, and the staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal. They offered to change my room, but after what I saw, I didn’t feel safe staying there another minute. I had to wash and disinfect all my belongings afterward to make sure I didn’t bring any bugs home. This is not just unpleasant — it’s a serious health and hygiene issue. Management clearly needs to do a deep clean and pest control immediately. Until that happens, I strongly recommend avoiding this place."

"I'm just about give it the one star to the staff that's for the hotel I would advise people to read the reviews first I wish I did our room was looking at a dirty roof over the bar I wish I could put up the pictures I have of it rubbish in all the corners of it old fruit tin cans, cotton buds, tissues , ciggerite buts every where ,our room phone did not work for the week and even tho I told the staff and send a man to our room with a new phone he said with was the wiring so I was left with no phone for the week, I also told them the room was only been half cleaned as the counter tops where not even cleaned I had to wipe them down before I put our things on it the first day, the patio door can still open even tho is locked on the inside how is that, when I brought the dirty balcony to the managers attention I was told did I want an other room but with a back problem and hips I needed the walk in shower and was told this was the only room with a walk in shower ,even on the first night I need more pillows and couldn't ring down for them when I went to the front desk the man behind the rest can back with 2 pillows for me to take to out room we where heading out at the time and I said to him ,not hear to my room , know kettle in the room even tho it's says there is ,all balcony lights get turned off at 11 pm evey night, they say no stages or hen party but there are ,so if i had my money back i pay for to rooms in this hotel I wouldn't go back for free ,I would advise anyone to stay clear of this hotel it's a disaster, We where so disappointed"
