"We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely couldn't fault it. From Ana the receptionist, who greeted us on arrival and offered to check us in early, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The room was spotless and of a really good size. Huge bathroom and a decent balcony where we enjoyed sitting out having a cuppa before breakfast (which was also excellent). I have to say buffet hygiene was sadly lacking from many guests during our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent and so close to everything without being noisy - happily return in the future and highly recommend."

"We stayed at Hotel Bristol in Benidorm for 4 nights (Monday to Friday) in October 2025 as two couples, and had a truly lovely experience. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to both the Old Town and New Town, and incredibly close to the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. It made exploring Benidorm super easy and enjoyable. Our rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. Although we didn’t have a balcony this time, we’d definitely request one on our next visit for that extra touch. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was impressive – plenty of choice to suit all tastes, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. Each evening, we enjoyed drinks in the bar before heading out. The bar staff were friendly and accommodating, and there was a great selection of drinks including cocktails – a lovely way to start the night. All in all, a wonderful stay with great service and a brilliant location. We’ll definitely be returning!"
