"The hotel is very clean and modern. It is in a great location for walking tours of the city. The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good and offered a nice variety. I found the fruit especially good."

"Our experience at Andante hotel was fine for our needs. We were only there for one night before our cruise and the location was good for that. However, the neighbourhood felt unsafe and although its only a couple of blocks from Las Ramblas, we were not comfortable walking around there in the evening. Judging by the hotel's security precautions I don't think this is a safe area at all. The room was clean and comfortable and we had no complaints at all about the staff."

"We booked in advance we a weekend stay Selected the room with 3 beds for 3 adults On arrival went to the room First impression was it was quite small for 3 adults but would do Beds were all a bit close Used the shower had to hold the shower head up as it kept sagging down Beds were comfortable enough Decided to use the pool on the roof great views but strangely the water was freezing cold Breakfast was adequate Staff attentive Overall ok - expensive for the room provided Location wise it’s not the best part of town lots - rough sleepers and people hanging around"
