"We had a fantastic time at Portobay Falésia Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful and very well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere and stylish design. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. There are plenty of activities to enjoy – something for everyone, whether you prefer relaxing by the pool, exploring the area, or staying active. The modern gym is well-equipped, and the breathtaking view from the cliffs over the ocean is truly unforgettable. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops. The food at the hotel were excellent, with a great variety and high quality every day. Overall, this is a place that has something for everyone – families, couples, or solo travelers."

"We booked this hotel for 10 nights with Jet 2 in October this year. Their brochure stated that the beach was 500 metres from the beach, there was no mention of steps. This holiday was selected as it was close to the beach which was our main reason for selecting this hotel. When we arrived the access to the beach was not as expected. It may be 500 metres from the beach but there were no comments recently on the 126 steps down to the beach. After a few days I noticed an advertisement in the hotel reception that stated and I quote “ A few short steps from the hotel you can access the Falesia beach”. I would not classify 126 steps as a few short steps. This comment is very misleading. I pointed this out to the receptionist and a duty manager and they both agreed it was not correct, understatement."
