"Lovely hotel in good location, close to Old Town and other attractions. Room not so big but enough for us two. Spotless clean,working air con,good shower,fresh towels everyday. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast really good and big selection. Car park free of charge. I would stay again in Hotel Batory without hesitation!"

"Stayed at this hotel late September.. group of 8 (family). The purpose of our visit was to visit Wadowice, the village and home of pope John Paul. Which was absolutely beautiful. So the hotel itself was very comfortable and quiet. Staff very nice. Especially Alexander, Jolanta, and also Joanne at breakfast. Hotel was very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Asked for extra pillows, no problem. Breakfast was lovely . Had really nice pancakes! Could do with an extra toaster as there was only one. But overall a lovely breakfast. Large variety of local foods. Our flight was late leaving and it was no problem leaving our bags at reception. The location was ok, we had some elderly in our group so it was a good 20 minutes walk into the centre. So found it a little far. But grand. Overall nice stay. Thanks!"

"Great little Hotel for our short break to Krakow. Room was ideal for two adults and one child. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel location is ideal and only a 15 minute walk from the centre of town. Breakfast was great (served from 7am). Staff were very friendly and polite. If we were to return to Krakow (which we hopefully intend as there is so much more to see in this beautiful city) then we would definitely be looking to return to Hotel Batory. Thanks to all the staff and in particular the cleaning staff.......you keep the Hotel immaculate......well done."
