"The hotel is about a 15 minutes walk with suitcases from the train station, but the location is very good, right in the centre of town. It is close to shops, museums restaurants etc. We found all the staff to be very good. We had a room at the front of the hotel, which was a good size and stylish. It has an upmarket feel and we would use again on a future visit to The Hague."

"We’ve now visited The Hague four times in recent months, and for the second time in a row, we chose the VOCO hotel — and there’s no doubt in our minds that we’ll be back again. Simply put, it has become our absolute favorite hotel in the city. The location could not be more perfect. The front of the hotel opens onto a main street with easy access to public transportation, making it a breeze to explore the city or reach the train station. The garage is just an elevator ride away from the main lobby, making arrival and departure completely stress-free. And then, as if that weren’t enough, the back entrance of the hotel leads directly onto one of The Hague’s main shopping streets — ideal for an afternoon stroll or a bit of retail therapy. Our room was nothing short of terrific and exceeded our wildest expectations. We had a lovely view of the inner courtyard, which meant absolute peace and quiet at night despite being right in the center of town. Even better, the windows could be opened to let in fresh air — a small luxury we greatly appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, and oh, the bed… simply heavenly. Honestly, we would return to VOCO for the bed alone — we slept like babies every single night. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a fantastic rain shower and thoughtful amenities such as a bamboo razor and other nice touches that made it feel a bit more special than your average hotel stay. The room came with all the expected comforts — a good espresso machine, refrigerator, and safe — but what really stood out was the decent steam iron. As frequent travelers, we can’t tell you how much we appreciated having a proper iron to keep our clothes looking sharp. What ties the entire experience together, though, is the warmth and friendliness of the staff. From the welcoming reception team to the bar and dining room staff, and the cheerful breakfast crew in the mornings, every single interaction left us feeling like valued guests rather than just another room number. With its superb location, incredible comfort, and truly exceptional service, VOCO The Hague has become our go-to hotel. We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else."
