Movenpick Hotel The Hague

"The only positive was the room: spacious, with a great balcony and nice view. The service, however, was appalling. After a five-hour drive from Luxembourg, I was told at check-in that I hadn’t paid, even though I had. I showed proof not once, not twice, but three times during the weekend, yet at check-out, they still claimed I hadn’t paid. No apology, no professionalism, no commercial gesture whatsoever. On top of this, I paid €60 for two days of parking. I know parking in den Haag is expensive so fine but this just added to the fact that the reception staff was the rudest and most unprofessional I ever met. I often stay at All Accor hotels, but I have never experienced such poor level of service."

"Lovely hotel room was nice we booked a balcony so light and good size rooms. We had an issue with trying to find a car park Stepano helped us out and sorted out the issue. Staff were very nice, breakfast was good and the hotel is in a great location walking distance to town and the trams are very handy. I recommend this hotel"
