Hotel Montecarlo

"We had an overall pleasant stay at Hotel Montecarlo, but unfortunately, it ended on a very disappointing note. After checkout, we realized we had left a purse in our room and immediately contacted the hotel. Sadly, the purse was never recovered, and it contained personal items and cash. We were quite disappointed with how the situation was handled, as the staff did not seem to make a real effort to locate or return it. I recommend that future guests double-check the room carefully before leaving and keep valuable belongings secure at all times. Hopefully, the hotel improves its lost-and-found process."

"Such a 1st class Hotel. Mgmt booked a private boat shuttle for us when we arrived at the airport in Venice. We were picked up immediately, taken very close to the hotel. From there a Gentleman met us, gathered our luggage and escorted us a short distance to the hotel. We were immediately given food and drinks to relax while our rooms were made ready! We arrived early morning, hours before check-in. From that moment on and during our entire stay, we were treated liked royalty! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was served, along with tea and crumpets each afternoon. I would like to give them a 10+ rating for our stay, there were 8 of us. I hope we have the opportunity to visit them again. Perfection!!"
