Best Western Antares Hotel Concorde

"Big room, delicious and food varies, comfort bed, location close metro, 20 min from centre. WiFi connection is horrible, smart TV but no WiFi connection, even phone can’t connected. Next door supermarket wifi even stronger reachable than WiFi hotel. Most of all, not professionalc inwent down for breakfast (08:00) but not check out yet. Went back to room to re-check if there was something left behind, shocked when room is cleaned. I didn’t check out yet. Standard hotel should get info if this room can’t be cleaned yet, until check out. I felt unsafe, not professional, cmon this is not BNB, hostel, this is hotel 4 star. Front desk just listened pretend it was fine when I told the story until I said, that was not professional and said sorry."

"We enjoyed a nice stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms a great size for European rooms. The location was great as well, right near a metro for very easy travel to the city center (10-15mins) and Linate airport (45-55mins) as well. "

"We stayed i the Concorde Hotel In Milan - it was absolutely fabulous. It is near the Underground, which is easy to navigate - the staff at reception were very helpful - no question was too much trouble. We had breakfast and that was well presented - everything fresh - variety outstanding, ate one meal in the hotel being dinner - there again really well presented and enjoyable. Room and bathroom very clean and quality of towels and bed linen spotless. "
