Central Hotel 21

"Perfect reasonable place, especially for the price. Handy location closed to public transport and the national museum. Compact room with terrible TV volume. Helpful receptionist, especially with a late check out request. I was going to give 4 stars but they get the extra one because of the guy who who winged about the breakfast on TripAdvisor. They make it very obvious what you get. I imagine you got caught helping yourself, (or stealing as it's better known) and wanted to take some small minded petty revenge. Pathetic individual."

"The hotel is situated on the Pest side and perfectly situated to get to all the sites. The hotel is on a quiet side road and you get buzzed in. The hotel staff are all very friendly. We stayed on the top floor on the inside of the courtyard. Our room (no. 30) was very nicely decorated, large comfortable bed, TV, aircon, Safe (no extra charge), lovely clean bathroom with a very good shower. The shower has shower gel dispenser and sink has a soap dispenser. There was a hairdryer above the sink. We had a fridge and a kettle with cups, tea bags and coffee (N.B. Tea was Earl Grey - this seems to be the closest you can get to English tea in most places). The room was very quiet and looked down to a lovely internal courtyard. If you wanted your room cleaned each day, you just put out the clean my room sign. Breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend Central 21 Hotel."

"We stayed for one night because our flight was cancelled and our flight company provided our stay in this hotel. Our room was small but clean. It was quite noisy during the night because of the traffic noises outside. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful."
