"The hotel is across from the train station so if you’re coming by train it is ideal. Located a stones throw away from the main shopping, historical churches and market. The hotel staff are friendly, rooms are clean, updated and a good size for Europe. The area itself is getting a refresh so things will be nicer in a several months. Munich is spread out so a lot of the good restaurants are in the outer districts but if you get off of the main shopping street you will finds loads in the market area and down side streets. Both my daughter and I would return to this hotel. Excellent! "

"This hotel was perfectly located for our late night arrival. It was an easy train ride from the airport to the main train station directly across the street from the hotel. It is located about a 10 to 12 minute walk from Marianplatz, and under 10 to where we picked up our tour bus to Neuschwanstein Castle. The tram to Nymphenburg was right in front of the hotel. We attended Oktoberfest on opening night and walked back to the hotel from there in about 20 minutes. The room was on the smaller side, but plenty roomy for the time we spent in it. We were on a higher floor, and despite being across from the train station, it was very quiet. The hotel had all the amenities needed. We arrived minus our luggage, and they gave us hygiene kits, and when our luggage arrived 2 days later, they had it delivered to our room while we were out on our tour. The breakfast was delicious with many options, both hot and cold. Our only complaint was the coffee/hot water machines seemed to be broken or needed rebooting nearly every morning. The lobby and bar area were comfortable. "
