"Read so many bad reviews on this hotel so was dreading it, however, on arrival I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel was, staff very helpful and friendly enough, spoke pretty good English and helped with any queries I had, shuttle service from hotel to Paris city centre was excellent and very cheap €10 return per person, really friendly driver, had an error where they charged my card on departure for the room which I already paid for in advance but was refunded within 2 days of my return so cannot fault them for that, would defo stay here again. Room had fresh towels every day and beds made."

"Reception staff at the hotel refused to give me the room (already paid for) unless I personally paid a 250 Euro damage deposit. They also would not give me a receipt for it ! They insisted on the same for my colleague, who had a separate booking, made by our Airline employer. As it was late at night and we were on duty in the morning, I was forced to pay, as t was too late to get another hotel and any reasonable rest. There is NOTHING in the booking conditions I received about a deposit. They said the deposit would be refunded when I left - IT WASN'T - as expected. I tried to contact them through their website - It gives a USA telephone number and sends you around in circles. I eventually got some of my money back, and I lost a considerable amount on their exchange rate on the refund. They hold you to ransom when you arrive. Rooms are in poor repair, so if you already have a non-refundable booking, take a video when you arrive, as you will probably have to fight to get your deposit money back, as I did. Appalling. Rude staff too, but that's not unusual in Paris. There are lots of hotels in this area. This is by far the worst. Untrustworthy - Choose another one."
