"Thank you, Mohamed, the reception manager who was always available to assist in person and via WhatsApp before the holiday started. Great service and professionalism from the whole team were great. Great food, entertainment, and service. A drinks cart goes around to the tables at dinner and lunch times as well as the self-service and drinks counter with staff. The location was great. 12 mins from the airport. 2 mins walk to McDonald's and KFC. Also, other decent food spots within walk 5-10 mins walks with 50 plus shops (clothing, food, barbers, pharmacies, ect) within 2-5mins."

"Manage your expectations here very carefully. I had no idea when I booked that all the facilities are across 2 lanes of traffic at the sister hotel. Not only that, they let you use their facilities but with conditions!! So you cannot enter the other hotel after 6pm meaning you can’t go to the beach after then or walk along the promenade. During the day you can’t only eat at the beach bar which has limited food and like me if you have allergies literally forget it. I was told to try the main restaurant by staff and when I did it was like I had committed the crime of the century and at least 5 staff demanded to know why I was in there. They don’t list allergies in food at any of the restaurants. I like to use the gym which is also at the other hotel but again clearly after 6pm I can’t use it! Honestly if you even hover near the other hotel at 6pm it’s like you feel they may shoot you!!! Most of the staff are super nice and really nice to kids. A few are quite rude and aggressive. I was led now to believe that the club hotel was the quiet one and the vista was the loud one. Come 11pm at the disco is blaring at the club hotel I beg to differ! The noise was of a level that would make your ears bleed! My children cried as they can’t sleep it was so loud. The club hotel is small so the reality is anywhere in the complex you will hear the techno rave. The hotel manager said maybe it’s my kids are sensitive ! Hmm not for him to say and I imagine given it’s a family resort mine could not be the only ones to not like heavy house music at 11pm. The food was ok, breakfast seriously limited though. No deserts without milk or gluten aside gone off Bannanas ! Fruit limited. If I had known the reality I wouldn’t have booked. I would say if you can stretch to the Riox then do. Weather in Oct is insane and the kids did like the surf simulator and the water park. Just know the online for this is distorted in terms of restrictions. Lots of pools which is good and the bed was comfortable. Some of the other hotels locally look insane so check these out first."
