Wide Hotel

"We arrived at this hotel and were greeted by Brayn (Bryan?) who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and secure and provided everything we needed. However, there was very little storage, no drawers and tiny wardrobe. The bathroom was a tiny cubicle, also with no storage. Very modern facilities but far too small to be serviceable. There is a music venue across the road which plays loud pounding sounds from mid-afternoon until 9.00pm. My husband complained to reception but was fobbed off with a very offhand comment. If you don’t like thumping ‘music’ request a room at the rear. We would not stay here again."

"Stayed for one night - wish we would’ve stayed for longer! Had a lovely room, comfy bed, spacious and good shower. We were opposite a bar with outdoor live music but no sound issues at all. Rooms were clean. Easy check in/out. Lots of storage. Great coffee machine in the room."

"The hotel is gorgeous. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a balcony room, and a shared roof terrace on the other side. Room was huge & bathroom large with a massive shower. There was a coffee machine in the room too. Hotel is ideally situated for Tivoli & Tivoli Foodhall. Central station is a short walk & the main shopping area 10 mins or so. It’s in a great location with lots of bakeries near by. The downside is that there is a bar opposite that plays really LOUD music every day from the afternoon to 9pm. This meant we could not sit out on the balcony which is a shame particularly as we had lovely weather. You could still hear it in the room"
