"The staff at this hotel were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Set in a great location, where the TV tower with the crawling babies, old Jewish graveyard, a statue of Winston Churchill and a street named after him, are all within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms here are spacious and comfortable, and come with all you need for a short break. The bar area is cosy and comfortable with a variety of drinks."

"+ great location + nice breakfast at very good hours + lift - CLEANLINESS!!! Oh my Gosh, I am an owner of a hotel myself and cannot imagine I will let my guests into such a mess. Stains, dust and hair on the carpets in the common areas. The base of the lift door has not been vacuumed for ages. I had dark hair and rests of man shave in my sink when I arrived (I am a blond woman), dirty edges of the bathtube door, dust in the corners of the room, dirty curtains ( dusty plus chocolate fingerprints (or maybe sth. else, better not know)) etc. Bad, bad, bad. - noise during night and early morning hours: the door bell for the main door can be heard to the room in the 2nd floor and woke me up several times. - the staff - ladies at the reception are nice and professional. But the reception gentleman probably does not know it is expected to greet the guest or at least to reply to greeting of the guest. The staff at the breakfast the same. But maybe I have just too high standards as I am greeting every single guest with a smile. But for me it was not an ideal staff experience. It could be a lovely place but I think more work needs to be done."
