"The location is great. Service is good. Room is spacious. What i love more is the room service, the room is cleaned well. Every time and everyday we came back to the hotel room, it is like touched with a magic wand - very clean and replaced with clean towels and supplies immediately on regular basis. The housekeeping service at this hotel is really good."

"A good stay- rooms were clean (although a tad dated) and the breakfast was simple but plentiful. Be mindful that rooms facing the road get very noisy with the constant trams passing by. The rooms are also on the warm side for April and we couldn't open a window due to the noise outside. The Bathroom was simple but had hand wash and shower gel plus glasses for water."

"Hotel is perfectly located. Breakfast is good , plenty choices . It is a shame the bar area is no longer open , as it looks a nice area . Our room wasnt like the photos ! We got 4 single beds ( just the two of us ) 3made up and. Spare ! But beds were comfy enough. Room warm - it was -6 at night outside !! Yes , noisy at the front with the trams , but managed to sleep. Room and bathroom were very clean , as was the whole of the hotel. Staff were polite and friendly , maybe a little reserved, but certainly not rude or hostile . 10 minute walk to the centre of Prague, restaurants and small shops across the road too. Good value for money , and we basically only used it to sleep /shower in . Maybe people should be a bit more positive when writing a review instead of focusing on the negatives . Most places probably have at least one negative !!!!"
