"We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady. Who not only made delicious omelettes but was one of the loveliest people I've met. Also the lovely room maid who did a great job of keeping our room clean."

"Firstly I will say we have had a great family holiday as a group however we made the experience better ourselves and was disappointed with the hotel. We were made aware that booking the half term was the end of the season and some facilities may be limited however I was not expecting the hotel to start wrapping furniture in film whilst we were still staying there. The lunch and evening meal area was moved from the beach view restaurant to the breakfast restaurant which was unacceptable. The food was very limited on the last 4 days and the hotel was running out of some food and beverages and we were told it was the end of the season and they weren't getting more in. The staff in the restaurant and bar were great however reception staff were not accommodating at all. We ended gpinf away from the hotel for 3 / evenings which is not what you pay for with an All Inclusive The pros and cons for the holiday.... Pros: Weather Company Beach Cleanliness of the hotel Bar and Restaurant Cons: Reception staff Lack of food choice after the first 3 days Running out of local beer and some ice creams / desserts Closing the A la carte restaurants afte 3 days Closing the beach front restaurant after 3 days No quiet bar No quiet seating area Photos on TUI are NOT a true representation of certain areas of the hotel Entertainment I will not be returning to this hotel and I will not be recommending it to anyone I know."
