"Decent hotel for a reasonably priced family holiday. Real selling points for us were that the kids loved the pools, slides and games room. We always felt the kids were safe. Best choice of daytime snacks we’ve ever experienced - waffles, salad bar, burger bar, kebabs, pizza, Mexican, fish & chips. Just brilliant! Excellent gym. Rooms were always cleaned in the morning. Food in the restaurant was good but not excellent or “luxury” but to be fair the cost wasn’t luxury either so we were happy enough. Yasmin at the spa was the best member of staff I came across. Polite, funny and excellent and her job. The massage she booked me for was amazing too! Lifeguards were lovely too and had fun with the kids. Loved the coffee bar. Lovely beach. Lots of loungers (but more needed in the sun as mostly shaded.) Some improvements - rooms were very small, lack of drawers and not enough storage for a family. We were also only given toiletries once in a week. Worst toilet roll ever! Took a long time to get a drink as one main bar Lack of fresh options to go with veg or salad (was all fried or stewed) Some tuna or chicken breast etc would be great. Food was often cold, even when just reloaded. Music at main pool very loud which meant we couldn’t sit there and enjoy any of atmosphere / entertainment. Music at night very loud so impossible to get an early night if that’s what you wanted. Some staff were very abrupt / miserable / rude. Maybe due to end of season?! In general we were happy and would return."

"This place is amazing for family . The food is very nice . The kebab place is amazing . The person serving Ibrahim was the best at making kebabs . I must have had over 20 kebabs during my 1 week stay ! We want to come again !"
