"If you are planning to stay at this hotel, there are both good and bad points you should know before booking.
The rooms were actually very good. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day, towels were changed daily, water bottles were replaced, and the bins were emptied regularly. In terms of cleanliness, I would give the hotel 5/5.
The hotel also organizes parties and entertainment almost every other night, which created a fun atmosphere. Entertainment was probably one of the better parts of the stay.
However, the biggest disappointment was the food. For a five-star 24-hour all-inclusive hotel, the food quality was honestly unacceptable. In my experience with all-inclusive hotels, this was some of the worst food I have ever had.
The buffet repeated almost the same meals every day, and the variety was extremely limited. Even making a decent plate felt difficult because there were not enough good options. I am honestly not someone who is hard to please when it comes to food. During most of my stay, I ended up eating mainly salads and sweets. Most of the food lacked flavor, and many dishes were cold even right when dinner started. I genuinely do not understand how dinner starts at 7 PM and the meals are already cold instead of at least warm.
Another issue was that popular dishes would disappear quickly and were often not refilled. It felt like either very small quantities were prepared or the management simply did not care enough about maintaining the buffet properly.
One evening they served sushi, but the quality was very poor. And I say this as someone who makes sushi at home. Even the cheapest nori I buy tastes better. The sushi was basically just rice, tuna, and seaweed with almost no effort. There is no way a professional chef should make those kinds of mistakes. The next day, the leftover sushi from the previous night was placed back in the buffet, which was very disappointing to see in a five-star hotel.
The drink machines inside the restaurant were also frequently not working properly. Many times juice machines only gave water, and sometimes I try to get a cappuccino but only coffee and water with no milk came out.
Breakfast was honestly a shame because Turkish breakfast is usually good in other hotels. You should not expect poğaça or anything like that no omletes just boiled eggs that are not cooked well.
The cups and plates in the restaurant were not cleaned properly.
The snack restaurant was honestly better than the main buffet because at least you could get warm pizza or burgers during the day if you skipped lunch. The drinks at the lobby bar were also good.
Overall, the hotel has clean rooms, decent entertainment, and a nice lobby bar, but the food quality seriously damages the experience. For a five-star 24-hour all-inclusive hotel, the restaurant standards were far below expectations.
Something happened one night from a staff that wasn’t nice. He asked us out of many guests about our wristbands and never said why or apologized."
