"I really like the hotel, it is located on the first line, the atmosphere is friendly, almost like a big family, we are staying here for the third time, the territory is not big, but very cozy and well thought out. The rooms are comfortable, one is a 2-bed room and one is a 1-bed room and also a small sofa, the bathroom is well equipped with everything necessary. The staff is very friendly and always solves the guests' requests, thank you very much! The kitchen is diverse and good, different celebrations with treats take place in the main pool every day. The hotel is very good for a quiet vacation❣️🫶🥰"

"This was our first time staying at this hotel as a family, and we were truly delighted. The staff are absolutely fantastic; they are all smiling and clearly enjoy their work. They genuinely strive to fulfill your requests immediately. Even though we arrived early in the morning, they directed us to breakfast and immediately gave us our room upon our return. Many hotels don't give you your room before 12 noon. All the à la carte restaurants are free, and there are various delicious cuisines. Except for the Mexican à la carte, the Chinese, Ottoman, and Mediterranean à la carte restaurants we tried were fantastic. The Mexican à la carte was the weakest compared to the others, lagging far behind in both taste and atmosphere. The Adana kebab in the Ottoman à la carte was amazing, and the fish stew in the Mediterranean à la carte was legendary. There was no problem with sunbeds at the hotel. The sea is rocky, but we preferred to enter from the pier, and the sea was beautiful. Those who want to enter from the shore should definitely bring water shoes. The bar on the pier is also great. The lifeguards do their job very well; they intervene immediately even at the slightest change in the sea. Even though there were people swimming in the sea at the hotels, they immediately removed the guests from the water when they saw that the sea was rough. In most hotels, they just sit and observe, but here, professionals and a team are patrolling and intervening. The guest relations staff are extremely attentive and professional. They take note of even the smallest criticism and try to correct it, striving to maximize your vacation enjoyment. Thanks to all the staff, especially guest relations and lifeguards. I also want to make a special mention of the traditional Turkish music performance at the hotel. We had never experienced such a performance at any other hotel before, and it was truly wonderful. Snacks like cheese, cucumber, chips, and nuts were brought to your table before you even asked, perfectly suited to a traditional Turkish music night. Despite the hotel having a large number of Russian guests, listening to Turkish music and having such an evening both surprised and pleased us. Also, on the nights of the traditional Turkish music performance, there was a bar and live show playing music in the foreign guests' languages. There was both a show and live music every evening. However, on days other than the traditional Turkish music performances, only foreign music was played, and the absence of Turkish music surprised us. Also, on those days, there was no live music except for the Russian guests, which was frankly boring. The food was truly delicious; everything from breakfast cheese and olives to fish, chicken, and meat was excellent. The appetizers were especially tasty. Every lunchtime, there was döner kebab at the snack bar, one day meat, one day chicken. The variety was good. The seafood was also particularly delicious. The selection was varied. The chocolate fondue served every lunch and dinner was a nice touch. The freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was also a nice touch. However, we can't say the same for the desserts; they were imported and were really bad. We pointed this out, and thankfully they addressed the issue, but we think the desserts need improvement; they don't suit a hotel of this caliber. The rooms are nice, but the televisions are old and very static-filled, making it impossible to watch anything. The minibar is replenished daily. Cleanliness was good; the rooms and common areas were clean. The availability of resealable beverage coolers is great. There's a nice amusement park for children. There are daily shuttle services to Alanya city center free of charge. The cocktail presentations are very ordinary and definitely need improvement. The pastries in the bakery need improvement; they weren't tasty, and the desserts didn't look good either; we didn't even try them. The pools were adequate in our opinion. Sometimes there are cold fruit and cucumber presentations on the beach, as well as chicken and rice. Popcorn is available every evening. Chips and nuts are available at the bars. It's a fantastic hotel in terms of price-performance ratio; we definitely recommend it. Thank you. DELPHIN."

"We were really pleased with our vacation at Delphin Deluxe. The hotel's overall atmosphere, quality of service, and the attentiveness of the staff made us feel comfortable and special throughout our vacation. The food also deserves special mention; there was a great variety and it was delicious. Being able to find different options every day and having the quality of the food remain consistent throughout our holiday was a huge plus for us. One of the best things about the hotel is that the staff are friendly and helpful. We would also like to thank Chef Uğur at the Pool Bar for his attention, friendly demeanor, and hospitality. His friendly approach in every encounter added a lovely touch to our holiday. I would like to make a special mention of Chef Mehmet Bayram at the restaurant.
