Ruby Claire Hotel & Bar

"Excellent location, easily accessible. Customer service is outstanding, a good breakfast is also provided. The rooms are clean and comfy, also cleaned daily. The bar provides a relaxed and calm atmosphere-, 24hr food is also available and very tasty"

"It was terrible! First, they didn't want to check me in after a long flight, even though I had early check-in and a voucher stating it! After a long back-and-forth, they did check me in, BUT they forbade me from having breakfast — rudely — even though breakfast was included. When I was checking out two days earlier than the paid period and came to breakfast at 06:30, it was already laid out, but they still wouldn't let me eat because it officially opens strictly at 7 a.m.! The rooms have no bathrobes and no water — you have to go to a separate room for water like in a dormitory. There's no phone in the room and no room service. The upgraded room with a balcony has terrible tram noise, and the room without a window smells of damp from the shower. The staff, except for one Polish girl, communicate in the most rudely possible way! The only good thing about the hotel is its location, but the round-the-clock tram noise is a big problem."

"The hotel is in a prime location for tourists and my room was good. But, the "front desk" staff split their time between doing that and working at the bar which doubles as the front desk. And they aren't that great at either. Any request has to be done in person at the desk as there's no phone in the room. So I had to get dressed, go up to the bar/front desk, and wait in line to make my requests. When I sat down to order some food, I had to flag down someone to take an order and that took a long time to arrive. So, all in all; good location, nice rooms, but staffing is lacking and the dual front desk/bar thing is obnoxious."
