"Really enjoyed my stay at Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable, and the room was ok size, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast had a good selection with plenty of choice. The location is convenient, especially with the Underground nearby, making it easy to travel into central London. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily stay here again."

"I booked this hotel expecting a great experience, particularly as I paid a significant amount for my stay. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. On both nights, I was kept awake by constant barking from a dog in the room next to mine. I contacted the hotel after the first night, but was told they were unable to move me. Unfortunately, the exact same issue happened again on the second night. What I found most disappointing was the lack of any meaningful solution from the hotel. Given the amount I had paid, I expected a much higher level of service and consideration. At the very least, I would have expected the hotel to make every possible effort to move me on the second night once it was clear that the problem was continuing. The constant barking seriously affected my sleep and completely undermined the purpose of booking a more expensive stay. I left feeling extremely disappointed that the hotel was unable to resolve what was a very significant issue during my stay. For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience and a much more proactive response from the hotel. The hotel has issued a partial refund but I am extremely disappointed by their lack of support in resolving the issue during the stay or rectifying my trust it their hotel chain."
