I felt completely safe and well looked after throughout my trip. Every member of the team was lovely, with a special shoutout to Gözde in Guest Relations for going above and beyond. "We stayed for my wife's birthday and booked a sea-view room. Although we expressed our preference for a room, I don't think we were given the best possible room. The welcome at the hotel entrance and the general attitude of the staff were very good (except for the employee in the fitness center). However, there's a general lack of information at the hotel; firstly, they take a pre-authorization from the card upon check-in but don't mention that they will refund it after two weeks. Of course, it will be refunded, but why should we have to go through the hassle of tracking it back? Another lack of information concerns the Asmani restaurant on the rooftop; when reservations are made, no guarantee of a table is given, but it is claimed that empty tables in good locations are reserved (months in advance), which is not a proper method. Furthermore, the fact that the person greeting you might arbitrarily take you to the back is another issue. A similar situation of not taking reservations exists at sol251, but you can still get a suitable table there. The location is great, I hope they don't lose it due to silly management mistakes."

"I recommend the hotel! I liked it from the very beginning , while Aiturgan was explaining me everything concerning my stay here . Very professional team in the reception . The room was nice, without bad smells , the pressure of water was good, the bed was comfortable . Very tasty breakfasts and dinners , excellent! Cleaning of the rooms- high level!"
