"The morning staff are horrible. They stated they only care about the Japanese/Chinese tourists and it's very clear during the breakfast hour. If you purchase food and bring it back to your room there is no place to through our the garbage, even when asking the cleaning staff they will not accommodate, you have to walk down the street to find a garbage can. The bathroom you could sit straight on the toilet. The AC would not go lower than 22.3* on the hottest days of the year. Don't try to reserve a Taxi with the morning staff, they want you there before the call. The night time staff had no problem doing it, the night before and the taxi was out front right on time. The plus the evening staff were good."

"Excellent stay. Top floor room with balcony overlooking Florence. Comfy bed. AC and breakfast good. Very helpful reception staff. 15-20 minute walk into centre of Florence. Parking not available at hotel, underground car park opposite hotel which was a charge of 2 euro per hour, but we arrived on the Sunday morning and parking was free within certain areas on the roadside until 8am Monday morning. Be aware when driving in/around Florence there are road restrictions and you will be automatically fined if you drive into these restricted areas."
