"The hotel staff was quite pleasant unfortunately the rooms were not. The sink clogged as soon as the water was turned on, the floors were dirty and the whole feel of the place felt unclean. "

"We were happy to stay a second time at this hotel, which is a reasonable 15 minute walk from many points of interest in Firenze. The parking ten minutes away was also reasonable. The rooms are clean and there is finally a chair with a back in the room, a big improvement. Hats off to Eleonora, whom we watched on multiple occasion go out of her way with small, but meaningful gestures to help hotel guests, including us. This included giving extra advice, helping at the luggage room, opening doors, etc. We will be back."
