"We stayed here during our short visit to Budapest and were genuinely impressed by how well everything came together. First of all, the location is excellent. Many of the places you want to see in central Budapest are within easy walking distance, which is especially valuable when you only have a limited amount of time in the city. The welcome was warm from the first minute. The staff at the entrance were friendly and attentive, and we were offered wine on arrival - a simple but very pleasant gesture. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed deserves a separate compliment - after travelling, a genuinely comfortable bed makes an enormous difference. We also loved finding L’Occitane toiletries in the bathroom. These small details create the feeling that somebody has actually thought about the guest experience. Breakfast was another highlight - fresh, tasty and made with noticeably good-quality ingredients. Perhaps the best compliment we can give is that everything simply worked: hospitality, cleanliness, sleep quality, breakfast and location. And considering the overall quality and the central position, we found the pricing very reasonable. A hotel we would confidently choose again on our next visit to Budapest."

"Regarding the room, everything is fine; mine was quiet and comfortable, the bathroom products were of high quality, and the cleaning was perfect. Regarding the common areas, not as good ... the lobby is small and ugly, without any charm, nor a lounge area, the breakfast room is also devoid of charm and above all ... the products are ordinary, the service is nonexistent, nothing is replaced as it runs out, the eggs are systematically overcooked from being re-cooked in the heated dishes. There are no dried fruits, no fruit salad, the coffee is average. In short, there is a real effort to be made here, it seems to me."

"Super nice staff and nice room. I didn't sleep much the first night because the air conditioning unit was making a terrible noise. The next day we changed rooms without problems. Lovely breakfast"
