"Great location on nice quiet side street right next to Opera House and exclusive nearby shops. Like Gucci / Louis Vuitton & Rolex so nice safe neighbourhood and Opera metro stop right on main road less than 5 minutes away. Booked our stay via Love Holidays on Room Only basis and I had e-mailed hotel prior to our stay. Asking if a quiet room was possible and if could leave our luggage prior to check in time. e-mail reply , happy to say. Hotel is near The Jewish Quarter and within walking distance of both St. Stephen's Basilica and the 100 E bus from Airport. Upon arrival at hotel about 10.30am we filled out our Registration Forms and left luggage, to go exploring. We were advised that the city tax will require to be paid on check out. The female Receptionist was helpful with good spoken English, sorry didn't get her name. She recommended a nice place for Brunch which wasn't too far away. The Reception area is spacious and bright with a vending machine available. Also few sofa's off to the side, next to Restaurant. On returning in the afternoon we were allocated Room 131 on the first floor, at end of corridor. Which is accessed by lift at the back of building past the bar area. Nice roomy twin room with separate sofa, small table and chair near the window. Which looked onto a side street at the back of hotel, with few shops but not noisy. Bathroom was nice size too with both bath & shower, although shower was not electric and could be bit hit or miss. Room has small fridge with complementary water on the first day. Wardrobe had plenty space along with safe. There is also a hotel gym and sauna that can be used by hotel guests at certain times but we didn't use ,so can't comment. Room was serviced daily by housekeeping. Majority of staff during our stay were cheery and helpful. We didn't have breakfast at hotel but looked like a good choice. Room was a bit dusty in some areas but hotel was in great location and would recommend. Due to nice location"
