I appreciated that the hotel did not simply assume what we needed—they asked thoughtful questions in advance to make sure the transfer would be comfortable for us.
I also made a request for a female driver because my friend and I were traveling as two women. I understood that the request might not be possible depending on availability, but the response was extremely respectful. The staff never made me feel uncomfortable or unreasonable for asking. They explained that they would forward the request to the transportation company and do their best to accommodate us.
