"The service in this hotel is absolutely second to none. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we had absolutely top class service from everyone associated with the hotel, the pools, the restaurant & the shop attached to the hotel.
We arrived around midnight to our hotel, check in was efficient and we were given a lot of useful information from George, the owner(?) of the hotel. He, and the 3 receptionists were immediately very friendly and helpful with any questions asked from ourselves and other members of the group who checked in with us.
The route up to the rooms was a large, steep hill, we were initially concerned about this with having heavy luggage, but we were escorted right to our rooms in a handy cart and helped with our luggage.
We stayed in a standard Studio Room. The room was spacious, clean and had handy amenities including a fridge, hair dryer & a hob with pots & cutlery etc. Our room also had a balcony & a rack outside for drying clothes/towels etc.
The only thing we faulted after check in at this hotel was the air conditioning charge. We booked this holiday with Jet2 and it did note that local charges may apply for air conditioning, however we paid €90, (€10 a night) to have air con for the duration of our stay. We understood that general charges are very high for things like this in Greece, but we did think it was a bit excessive to pay this amount. Despite the charge, the air con was great.
Also, I believe you are only provided one room key, there are charges for lost keys but I believe that it was one key to a room, which meant that you would be unable to leave the air con on or charge anything if you are not in the room as you need to keep your key with you.
There were 3 pools at the hotel. (The restaurant and pools are all across the road from the hotel, around a 2 minute walk down the hill). We used the pools on the top level of the hotel, which were limited to people 14 and older. There were plenty of sun loungers, in and out of the shade and the pool was fantastic, clean & cool. There were members of staff frequently coming around to offer drinks & drinks could also be ordered at the bar downstairs snd taken to the pool.
There was also more loungers and a bar at the beach, right at the bottom of the hotel, with a daily happy hour for drinks.
The restaurant food & service was absolutely fantastic. The staff were attentive and made sure you were never without a drink. We ate a few times in the restaurant, for breakfast and lunch, the quality and price of everything we ordered was fantastic. I really cannot fault the staff at this place, some of the friendliest people I have met.
We celebrated my 23rd birthday during this holiday and had a lovely note left on our door for this too!
We used the local bus service twice during this holiday, once to visit Rhodes Old Town and the other to visit Lindos. We were warned in check in that the buses are not always on time and to be at the bus stop early, but all of our buses were on time & very cheap too. (€6 to Rhodes & €2 to Lindos)
The hotel is also in a great area. It is around a 10 minute walk to Pefkos town centre, where there were so many lovely bars and restaurants.
Overall, this hotel is absolutely fantastic. The service truly is great and is really great value for money. We had a great time staying here and would definitely visit again. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit the area!"
