"Have just come back from staying at the michelangelo resort in kassiopi with my sister having read the reviews some good some bad we weren't sure what to expect but we loved it we had a family room which was large and clean with an excellent shower we had a leak in the toilet which was fixed straight away cannot fault the staff who were all friendly and helpful jodie who did all the entertainment was excellent and cristos the barman also great pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds food was plentiful with a good choice kassiopi was about a ten minute walk and one of the prettiest places I have ever been to .bataria beach about five min walk from the harbour big flat pebbles and crystal clear sea we loved our stay and definitely going back to the michelangelo"

"Really enjoyed our time at Michelangelo Resort. Friendly staff. Good food. Loved the accommodation and facilities. Well positioned for walks to various coves, beaches and the quaint Kassiopi town. Kassiopi has an array of shops, restaurants, boats trips/excursions. Local bus stop nearby. Michelangelo even has it's own mini mart across the road."

"We had a very lovely holiday at the Michelangelo Resort, and our stay ended on September 17th. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location – you can easily walk to the beautiful center of Kassiopi and the harbor in about 10-15 minutes. The hotel grounds are green and well-maintained, and there are several clean swimming pools available for guests. Our room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned every day. The food in the restaurant was also tasty. However, the absolute best part of this hotel is the people who work there. I would like to express my immense gratitude to the reception girls, Vanessa and Helen (Eleni). They helped me tremendously in a difficult situation and truly saved my vacation. Thanks to their incredible dedication and effort, I recovered my ID card and my phone, which I had accidentally left behind on the shuttle bus. I would also like to highlight Linda, a petite waitress working in the dining area. Linda is incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. I truly hope that the management notices these wonderful women and appreciates how much value they bring to the entire hotel team! To keep this review honest, I must mention two technical issues regarding our room (number 248B). The first problem was that it was impossible to turn off the air conditioning alone at night. To stop the noisy unit, I had to shut off the main power switch on the fuse box. Consequently, this cut off the electricity to the power outlets (so my phone wouldn't charge) and to the bathroom (forcing us to get up in the dark). The second downside is the bathroom, which completely lacks any shelves or a counter under the mirror to put down toiletries and accessories. Apart from these minor technical drawbacks, I rate our stay very highly. The wonderful atmosphere created by the staff makes me want to come back here in the future! Bogdan Mazur"
