"The stay was unfortunately very disappointing. Check‑in took far too long, with mistakes made by reception, and service throughout the stay was practically non‑existent. Calling reception for help was impossible as no one ever picked up the phone, and the engineer only starts at 09:30, meaning urgent issues cannot be addressed. Lifts were out of order, causing constant long waits. There is no air‑conditioning in any public area, and the apartment only has a basic fan system; the bedroom Aircon was not strong enough; remained extremely hot and uncomfortable at all times. The pool area was unacceptable: dirty, broken, unsafe, and with no privacy to change anywhere. It raises serious health and safety concerns and should not be offered to guests. The gym is misleading, with only three old machines along the corridor leading to the pool wall and outdated weights, this is not a gym and should not be advertised as one. Security is very poor considering the area. Although key card access exists, anyone walked in and out freely, reception was out of sight, and there were no lift controls. With many children in the building and neighbourhood, this is concerning and needs urgent attention. Breakfast was overcrowded, hot, and poor quality. I should have read the reviews beforehand, as I would have booked elsewhere. Overall, I would not recommend staying here, a real shame, as the potential is there, but the current standards fall far below what guests should expect."

"Disappointing for the price-quality ratio. Elevator broken for the entire stay, so there was only one elevator without air conditioning for 31 floors. The breakfast area was without air conditioning and the heat was unbearable. Terrible beds with paper sheets instead of a mattress cover."
