"It is a little far from the tourist spots in the 12th arrondissement of Paris. However, the stations for subway lines 1 and 8 are a one-minute walk away. From here, you can get to major attractions such as the Opera House, the Louvre Museum, and the Arc de Triomphe in about 15-20 minutes without changing trains. The area around the hotel has affordable options such as supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries. The hotel interior has also just been renovated and is beautiful. Since there is a kitchen, and coffee and tea are free next to the front desk, you can have meals in your room on days when you are tired."

"We booked five nights at this property. Quick check-in done after midnight without any problems. The room seemed recently renovated with two air conditioners, a large bed in one room and a sofa bed in another. The French-style bathrooms were clean. Courteous and helpful staff. The room also had a small balcony with a table and chairs, great for having breakfast. As for the appliances, all were recent and very complete; we also used the dishwasher which was nothing short of useful. There is a hairdryer and an induction cooktop, a safe, and a high-quality Samsung flat-screen TV. For breakfast, we opted for the bars and bakeries near the hotel. The property also has a convenient free luggage storage area. The only note is that the soundproofing of the rooms is not excellent, but more than sufficient for a good rest. Very comfortable beds. Absolutely recommended as a solution."

"We will never return. The hotel has no air conditioning and the temps were in excess of 100 degrees. There was no instructions about trash, laundry, etc. the mat we were left for the shower did not work and slipped and I fell. There were no fixed things to grab. One elevator was broken and it took 2 days for the desk person to believe me. The desk staff were no helpful at all. We were allowed 2 fans for a I bedroom apartment. The cleaning people left dirty cleaning towels in the apartment and on the 2nd day I had to ask for them to be removed from outside the apartment. And in compensation for all of this I was offered free breakfast - which I do not eat."
