"We were travelling as a family of 4 - 2 adults with a 3 and 5 year old. Hotel was picked due to locality to Disneyland, shuttle service and it was very few that had 2 bedrooms, which we prefer when going away. Other hotels are not rated as good, I understand the main purpose is sleep but for us we prefer a decent place to stay. The main Disneyland hotel and marvel are the only well rated ones but they are 1 bedroom only. We were in the deluxe suite for 4 nights with a full 3 days Disney ticket.
I checked in online prior, so it was quick when we arrived. Check-in is from 3pm, we got there 5pm and room was not ready still. Only waited a few minutes so that was fine. There is an online portal but it did not work for us, not sure if missed out on some information as I had to ask reception for WiFi information. We were given a photo of the QR code to enter the room, which worked good.
Happy with the suite - it is just like advertised online. Would have liked an extra toilet as there was just 1 for the suite. There is one very large king bed in one room with the requested cot, mattress of decent quality. The other room had two double beds. There is a lounge area with corner sofa and kitchen with all basic cutlery, dishwasher, hob and microwave. Three televisions in total, one in the main bedroom has Chromecast. There is also an open balcony with lounge chairs, looks out to the building site but kids enjoyed running around there. No bathrobes or slippers which we are used to getting when we stay away. You can request a bed guard and child pillow. There are no children toilet seats. The decor is modern, almost looks like it is unfinished but that is the look they are going for.
Cleanliness was okay, some food crumbs on the floor, slight stains on sofa.
Minimal issues whilst staying, we did have a blocked toilet, blocked kitchen sink and the bathroom one drained very slowly. Only the toilet was an issue, tried calling reception many times, had to just sort on my own in the end as it was late on in the day. The other bits I reported at checkout. Getting hold of reception was difficult for basic queries like steamer, pillow request etc. I had to pop down each time, I appreciate they are busy but I never got an answer on the phone once so would suggest this gets looked at as an improvement or perhaps a message/request service like other hotels.
Taxi to and from hotel was 50 euros via bolt/Uber from Gare du Nord. I read about issues with no car seats but the driver never queried it with us. We made sure to message beforehand just incase via the app once a driver is allocateqd. Round trip, this is around 100 euros cheaper than a private transfer so I think it is much better value
Shuttle service to the park is good, was busy apart from one time when I got seats too, otherwise I was standing with the pram. There was a time of 8.30 which we tried once, the gates to the park opened around 9.20 so we got in slightly earlier. The other 2 days we went for the 9.15, which gets you in the park after security around 9.40ish. I would suggest an in between would be better like 9. There is an afternoon break from service, one day was extremely hot so we got an Uber back in the afternoon for around 12 euros, as the shuttles were on a break. I have attached the times they were running whilst we were there. Caught the evening ones around 8-9pm. Fireworks were too late for my kids.
Food, we either ate at Disneyland or got Uber eats for dinner. We are vegetarian so the menu for the hotel restaurant was not really suitable. Groceries via Uber eats, there was everything you might need from Carrefour. There was tortilla that you could order from which was just like the UK one. I wouldn't recommend vapianos. Leon was okay but wouldn't recommend. There is a shop onsite but we did not visit so not sure what they sell, I did see some souvenir bits though.
We didn't get a chance to go spa or pool. Kids loved the arcade which we used for a while before our return journey.
Checkout was very quick, would recommend the hotel for a Disneyland stay. Some slight adjustments and I would give five star."
