"A genuine review from a couple in their mid 50s. We are Just normal, everyday people who like nice food and drinks and a slightly quieter holiday away from our busy life running a pub. We are not vegan or veggie or gluten free. Food 10/10 very enjoyable and always hot.!!!! Great breakfast with great quality sausages and eggs, English or Spanish bacon, eggs four ways either poached, fried, boiled or scrambled, beans, mushrooms, black pudding .+ anything else you could ask for. Smoked salmon and Prosecco, Lovely prosciutto and the blue cheese is great and available at most mealtimes. One of our main things that we enjoy is decent coffee and we were not disappointed. snack bar or main restaurant for lunch. Snack bar is pretty much the same every day with tuna salad bar, hot dogs, burgers, pizza, chips, spring rolls, freshly toasted sandwiches etc…… and then some very nice cakes , the cherry lattice pie topped with one of their mini tubs of ice cream is recommended by me. Main restaurant always a good choice of fresh fish griddled various meats including t.bone steak and sirloin steak on certain evenings. Always a choice of at least 6 hot main dishes like lamb curry ( lovely ) casseroles plus much more and always Canarian potatoes, rice and a pasta area with tomato or cheese sauce.. again the food is always hot. drinks. You have a lobby bar in the main entrance and then upstairs the pool bar right in the middle with a heated pool on one side and a kids splash pool and another pool on the other.( all pools were a bit too warm for me personally). Another main part of our holiday is drink quality and we were very happy with the choices. Amstel and cruizcampo on tap Gordon’s gin and grouse whisky which whilst not the best in the world were all tested regularly by me to make sure they maintained their quality. There were also other branded spirits available NOTE…..there is always beer, prosecco, fizzy drinks ( Fanta Coca Cola etc) and three wines available self service at the pool bar and restaurant. IF YOU WANT ANY SPIRITS ETC WITH YOUR DINNER, TAKE IT IN WITH YOU. We had a very big family room with a balcony which got the very hot sun later in the afternoon, looking over the local park with dog walkers and fitness fanatics. I may as well address one of the gripes which many reviewers have mentioned which is the air conditioning. My lovely wife found it the perfect temperature throughout the whole hotel including the room, the lobby and the restaurant while I found that all areas could be reduced by a couple of degrees especially after lounging around in the sun for 9 hours 🌞😁 There are two big screens one at the back of the lobby bar and one at the pool bar showing any sport that you ask for. We walked a few times into las americas and Cristianos both around 20 minute gentle stroll. I my opinion this is a good four star hotel and although we have been to over 25 different 5 star hotels in place like sharm, hurghada, turkey, Balearics ,Greek islands, canaries and mainland Spain we have never been back to the same hotel. We think this is about to change as we will return to this one as it suited us for being quiet and peaceful with great food and drinks with plenty of sunbeds, very clean in all areas with polite staff. JUST A FEW NOTES ..transfer from the airport going there was 50 minutes and going back to the airport 20 minutes. We are going to get a taxi next time for around 25 euros each way. Which takes less than 15 minutes and you don’t get picked up over 4 hours before your flight back.☹️ ALSO…we have a large family and although there is a kids club for the very small ones, the hotel is aimed more at adult relaxing, with the entertainment team doing a great job with the people that like darts, pool, soft archery etc There are also pool fitness everyday and fitness water bikes and a pool foam party on Wednesday. I always check out tripadvisor before I go anywhere and I would suggest that if you are looking for somewhere to relax with good food and drinks in the sun then this is my recommended place to go. We went for 7 days and changed the flights to early morning out and late night return Hotel is all inclusive til you leave so we had a good half day before returning home. We went with tui and paid around £ 750 pounds each from the 28 th September which I think was the best bargain for years.😁😁🍻🍻🌞🌞"

"Terrible hotel! Would never go back! Looks really pretty and nice but there was many problems we had. And many people whilst we were there also complained. Awful entertainment no one can sing 😂 Not allowed to vape anywhere or smoke anywhere (OUTSIDE). You can’t play pool games in the pool unless it’s with the entertainment staff so you’re not allowed to play with an inflatable ball at all. The reception staff are rude. Can’t fault the bar staff or kitchen staff they’re all lovely. Felt like a prison. The aircon in the rooms stinks of sewage and doesn’t work very well in some rooms. The cleaners also rude some of them. Some of my family got a sickness & diarrhoea bug whilst there, we tried to ask some workers to make some toast so we could take it to my 3 year old niece and they refused because they “wasn’t open for food yet” but all they could’ve done was use the toaster for 2 seconds. Terrible place to go will never go back at all. Food was quite nice but not LOADS of options to pick from. My favourite thing was the ice cream machine was amazing. Outside of hotel is fine & nice and a lot of stuff in walking distance we still had a great hotel considering the hotel was not great but we made the most of it."

"This was our 5th time back to this hotel, and definitely won’t be our last We literally cannot write anything negative. The rooms, reception, staff, food were just great. We had a slight issue with closing our door but maintenance was up within 20mins fixing it. I absolutely love this hotel and would recommend it to anyone :)"
