Gran Oasis Resort

"We had a great week staying here in October with great weather. The hotel is very clean, the rooms bright and spacious and the staff very friendly. We also enjoyed the food, and the themed nights provided a lot of variety. I would say if you are a family with young children this is perfect for you, as there is daily entertainment, 3 pools geared towards different age groups, the mini water park and lots of choice for food. One thing to note is the marble stairs in our 2-floor room as soon as we opened the door gave me a lot of anxiety all week even with a 9 year old, so I don't think I would be able to relax with toddlers. There is also a daily shuttle to Siam Park (definitely worth a visit), and Playa de las Americas which we used and was a good way of getting out of the hotel for a bit. The one area I found a bit chaotic was the dining area, but I think a big part of that was the number of small children and large groups of families. If you are looking for a lively hotel for your family, with lots to keep the children entertained, I don't think you will be disappointed."

"Only come here if you want loud, hectic and busy. Great for families with small kids, rooms are lovely and the resort is clean and well maintained. Food was a bit hit and miss, not sure about peas and carrots for breakfast and if you’re a tea drinker, bring your own bags! We personally found the reception and supermarket staff incredibly rude; ignoring you, answering the phone instead of talking to you and having their own conversations so we wouldn’t revisit because of this."

"We stayed in one of the furthest back apartments, it was good, but super hilly,, no lifts. Lots of ramps or steps . Excellent wi-fi all over. Food was good, we always found something to eat. Drinks, ok, bit limited for the AI as usual. Only moan, we were short on towels, and asked for one more, told its hotel policy not to give extra towels ! We were three ladies,, so f you needed thd hairdryer had to wait until bathroom was free,, wish I’d thrown in my travel one . Taxi to the Center was fast and cheap €8 ish no public transport ( bus) nearby The hotel run a free coach to the beach, and back, but only once per day. Definitely good for family stay, nice and quiet at night,"
