"We just return on 29 August we stay in apartment 109 and it was to our surprise after reading reviews very well cleaned and maintained we couldn’t fault the room or the staff they left soaps shampoo , washing liquid sponge for us towels were great it was spotless the view was amazing . Not seen any cockroaches or ants like people say we would come back here again. It was close to everything we had great time it’s what you pay for not 5 star luxury. Just somewhere to sleep and change . Just used as a base. Been in worse hotels that was supposed to be 5 star"

"Absolutely ridiculous, built in the 70’s needs severely updating, most apartments are privately owned and they are not friendly to tourists staying in the hotel. Stayed through easyJet who would not move us, on arrival there is a disgusting ceiling with holes un repaired in the corridor, taken to our rooms awful beds, unclean towels, beds changed once a week, towels to be changed twice a week. Had to hire pool loungers daily they were chained up so you couldn’t use them, the pool unclean tiles green, missing tiles so we used the beach instead. Bathroom so limescaled balcony door did not lock, no airconditioning, we complained to reception they moved us to different rooms two days later, these were better rooms and we magically were given brand new towels. There is a mosque in the basement so the car park is carnage outside at various times of the day. The male staff members spent most of their time outside smoking, maintenance were seen gaffer taping things together, outside benches need painting simple things could make it better most balcony glass are cracked and rusty. Personally I would not go near the place with a barge pole it’s such a shame because the location is great."
