"We’ve just had a 7 night stay at the Neptuno Apartments as a family of 4. The apartment was fairly spacious, however the beds were uncomfortable. Be aware there is no air conditioning, which was an issue at times (even with windows and doors open it was still very hot). The main issue we had was noise on a night - constant banging, door bells ringing, shouting etc which woke our young children up on multiple occasions. We probably wouldn’t return."

"Myself and my boyfriend booked here through loveholidays, only read the reviews in depth a few days before which was our own mistake and it was too late to change and we said it couldn’t be that bad. . I am in my twenties and not really fussy have stayed in lower star accommodation as well as higher star but for what we paid this place was not worth it .We were happy when we arrived that our apartment was at reception level however it was ground floor and really accessible for anybody to break in, I was on edge the entire holiday and was up all night while i was there having read some articles about robberies in that area in particular as well. There was no Aircon which was shocking that is standard for such accommodation, we couldn’t open the window at night because we didn’t want to get robbed and were roasting which also kept us up. Accommodation was clean but very dated doors looked like they had very badly water damaged or were kicked in, marks everywhere. bedding was clean and apartment in general apart from a few pieces of cutlery we found in our drawers which were filthy. Cleaners came in and flipped over the bedding instead of changing it, only changed it properly on last night. Toilet was also broken and leaked. I’d honestly save youself the hassle you’d get nicer for the same price if you booked directly. Sunbeds at the main pool area had mold and my towels now smell of mold from them."

"Ok 1st things first lots of bad reports of this place we found it ok. Arrived 10pm got room found had no working room safe nothing could be done then .went to reception in morning got room changed . Room basic but clean. As a cheap place to lay your head it's OK, can be noisy at night with drunk people coming back and slamming of doors.generally no noise after 1am. Rooms very warm without air-conditioning fans can be rented for 40€ for week. Would i return probably not but for a cheap holiday it's ok"
