No lifts in accommodation We were there 5 nights only downfall was room didn’t get cleaned until night before we left. However we asked for clean towels and it was no problem . Would and have already highly recommended"

"To say this was the holiday from hell is an understatement.!! We arrived on Friday 14th August family of three with an 13 year old.early morning flight then a coach to the apartments. On arrival around 2:30 in the afternoon we went to check in and abruptly told your room is not ready it’s going to be over an hour not a good start. The guy on reception told us we could use a room / toilet shower room down some stairs to change into our swimwear and then put cases in a luggage room. So carrying 20 kilo cases down stairs wasn’t good not only that we had to open cases and strip out our stuff just sit around the pool.. We waited approximately 1 hour 45 mins then eventually we could check in . So at reception I asked him for a ground floor apartment as we have a teenage daughter and we all have 20 kilo cases and abruptly told no your on the top floor .! So three trips I had to make up 4 flights of stairs which incidentally is approximately 80 centimetres wide in 35 degree heat after travelling all day was absolutely horrendous.. on entering the room we were hit with raw sewage smell which was there all week. On entering the bathroom there was a drain cover not fixed in the center of the floor extremely dangerous I was lucky not cut my foot so we had to be aware every time we entered the bathroom. Then in the kitchen a large chunk of plastic splashback behind the hob was burnt and smashed off. The cleaners came in twice second time being the day before we left which I couldn’t understand. A storm hit on the last night it blew the metal ceiling tiles out the bathroom ceiling hitting my wife. The hotel is predominantly groups of young groups drinking on the balconies until the early hours and smoking cannabis. My wife’s bikinis turned green in the pool as did some of me and my daughters, the facilities in the kitchen are terrible, there’s no facilities in the reception or pool area apart from a bottled water dispenser, there’s only one good point about the place and that it’s in good spot. I’ve tried to be as clear as I can but there’s simply to many issues with this place and how it’s described as a three star is beyond me. I’ve got all the issues documented and on camera . We didn’t report anything to staff as we fealt them totally unapproachable . We only made drinks in the apartment out of a boiling pan as no kettle. If your a family avoid if you have physical issues avoid . I’m not one for criticising a place so badly but this was shocking.. forgot to mention the air conditioning units are on the roofs of the top floor and ours didn’t work we couldn’t get it below 24 degrees and sounded like a jet engine . There’s more but I think you’ve read enough."
