"Our stay here was amazing! We arrived really early before check in but they have a luggage room where you can put your suitcases and lockers for 2€ if you don’t want to leave your stuff out but the room is locked by a key at reception anyway. They also have a toilet and a shower room by reception if you need to change. The reception staff are so so lovely and really helpful. They can ring a taxi for you which arrives within a couple minutes and they helped us with directions for catching the bus to palma city. They also provide free shower and beach towels when asked for. There was some water outside the shower room and it got mopped up right away, also one lift had some maintenance issues for a little bit but it was resolved by the next morning. Also the smell of reception was really refreshing each time you go in and out. I could not fault the cleanliness in this hotel anywhere. Our room was clean, the roof floor was too as well as the pool. The sunbeds on the top floor do fill up quite quick and the pool can get quite busy but people come and go. We got a pina colada drink at the roof bar and it was amazing, very refreshing. They also do pizzas, burgers, salads ect up there. The view from the pool is lovely, no other hotel near has the same rooftop. I stayed watching planes land in and take off for ages. I was kind of worried about loud guests due to other reviews but we had no issue. The room had a walk in shower, hangers, a safe, a mini fridge, air con, WiFi, a tv, large mirror, mini desk area, and a balcony. The air con is not too powerful, if the balcony door is opened or the room door, it turns off. We left a key in the room to keep the air con going while we were out and took the other key with us. The view from the balcony in the double room was lovely, the sea is in sight just round the corner and you can see all the local apartments and houses which is nice. We had breakfast included and oh my gosh it is amazing. Their homemade carrot cake was to die for. They have an amazing selection of food and drinks and chefs cooking eggs/ pancakes for you in real time. You can sit in or outside for breakfast. Check out is 11am. Our flight was not until 23:25 so we left our stuff in the luggage room and headed to the city for the day. The hotel still allow you to use the facilities up until your flight, including the pool. The bus to the city was just around the corner and there is a bus to the airport as well at the same stop, tickets are 2€. A taxi is around 25€ to the airport and like a 10 min drive away. We also went to the water park nearby. It is a 15 minute walk however you do need to cross a small motorway to get there by foot. Otherwise it is a small taxi ride. There are many supermarkets nearby, with fresh produce shops as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, which has gorgeous white sand and clear water. Along the front are many places to eat, souvenir shops and clothing shops as well as services such as massages and nail spas. There are also boat trips near, bike hires and car hires. Overall, this place has it all and I could not recommend it more. "
