Bordoy Cosmopolitan

"Bordoy Cosmopolitan is a decent hotel, but not a 4 stars hotel. The sink is in the room near the beds, the toillet is practically in the room with a partial close door. Toillet and sink are separated and very strange positionated. Rooms from half of the hotel are oriented to street and half to the pool. Only superior rooms are phonic isolated. Standard rooms are completely phonic un isolated so you can hear almost everything from the rooms next you, including toilet and shower. The breakfast and dinner is ok, not very diversified. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beach is almost 500 meters from hotel."

"This hotel is spotless. The rooms are small but perfectly formed. Shower gel & shampoo is provided as are clean towels daily. WiFi throughout the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful & fresh. The beds are hard but comfortable. We were not offered the menu for the pillows as described but they were good anyway. No kettle in room. You can request an iron from reception. This hotel is listed as Palma however it’s in S’Arenal who, on the whole, cater for Germans & Dutch. Most menus are in Spanish, German & Dutch & when I asked for the English one she said no English. The pizza Parlour was excellent as was the Greek Taverna & Alaska. Sun loungers are very hard. The cabanas are pointless as the curtains don’t fit therefore not providing shade. Food truck is ok but limited availability maybe due to it being the last week of the season. On the whole a great stay."

"The hotel is fine. The location is favorable, within walking distance of the beach but still far enough from the busy nightlife (in terms of noise). In and around the pool, we sometimes found it a bit crowded because of the presence of large groups."
