"We recently spent a week at Valentin Grand Park Hotel and had a fantastic holiday. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were impressed by the quality of the hotel, the facilities, and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The accommodation was excellent and maintained to a very high standard throughout our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff at Valentin Grand Park Hotel were outstanding. Every team member contributed to making our holiday memorable, from the reception staff and restaurant manager to the chefs, hospitality team, and especially the entertainment team. A special mention goes to Carlos in the restaurant, as well as Tessa, Andre, and the entire Kids' Club team. Their friendliness, enthusiasm, and dedication made a real difference to our experience. Our daughters had the best week and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the Kids' Club and entertainment programme. It was wonderful to see how engaged and happy they were throughout the holiday."

"This is a lengthy review so will summarise before expanding incase you cba to read. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL.....FACILITIES FANTASTIC, STAFF ATTENTIVE AND POLITE, ENTERTAINMENT OUTSTANDING.....DEFINITELY WORTH A VISIT!!!! I have just got back from a weeks stay here and it's honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It was our first family holiday abroad and was perfect. We travelled with a 10 year old and 5 year old. Facilities: The hotel provided us with 4 good quality pool towels which lasted us our whole stay, was only 1 euro if we wanted to change but didn't need to. There are 2 main pools that we visited (there are more adults only areas but we didn't visit these) they were always clean and both had access to a bar. Our favourite one was the pool near the stage and kids club, as it was very close to the bar and food truck and also the splash area with slides. The kids club was lovely, my 5 year old spent an hour or so there and I sat and watched, she had a great time. There were outside toilets and showers and also a wellness area with indoor showers which were handy to use on our last day before going home. Late check out was not available for us but even normal check out was 12pm which was great. Entertainment: VA experience team are absolutely wonderful. Massive shout out and thank you to all of the team - particularly Andre, Ruben and Eleanor. There were activities in the pool daily and also a foam party on Fridays. During the evening there were quizzes and bingo and we experienced a silent disco, pony rides, musicals (Aladdin and The greatest showman) and a flamenco show. The whole entertainment team really do go above and beyond. It was lovely that in the evening after the kids disco the children who attended the kids club got given certificates "Tino dimplomas" this usually happens around 8pm and on our last day we explained that we were leaving at 7.45pm Andre said that he would write their certificates out early and he did!! The fact he remembered and got their names correct out of all the children he must meet was really lovely and shows how much attenion he pays. Location: To go to the main sea front, shops, restaurants, bars etc its a nice downwards stroll - I'd say around 10mins depending on your pace. To go back however is quite steep and can feel difficult to do in the heat. We would walk slowly and take rest breaks in the shade. If you're all inclusive you probably won't have much reason to leave the hotel anyway as there is plenty to do onsite and variety of food and drink is excellent. Food: the service is lovely, the staff are very attentive and polite. The variety of food was excellent and always found something for my children to eat. They even had a mini buffet area which we have never seen in any other hotel before. My 5 year old could reach and get her own food, very cute!!! Breakfast and dinner at certain times were busy but lunch was more relaxed as a lot of people were half board - rather small buffet area so can feel crowded at times and sometimes there were not any spare tables but staff work very hard to clear and re set quickly. The Food truck was excellent, again very attentive staff and food was very delicious. Room: cleaned daily, new towels given and beds were made. We walked past the 3 same cleaners daily and they always smiled and said hello. We had a mini fridge, hair dryer, table and chairs on a shared terrace. Our room was a perfect size for us, shower was very powerful. We had a shared terraced area with table and chairs and was a short cut to the pools. Some people told us that they just had a glass door and no balcony, so I'd recommend checking before you go as I wouldn't have liked not having anywhere to sit or dry items on. 2 staff in particular that were not part of the entertainment team but I feel deserve a special mention are Raul (bar staff) and Zoe (receptionist) Raul would walk around taking orders from people's table during the evening entertainment so that people didn't have to go up to the bar and he was so friendly. Zoe was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. My Jet 2 rep was a bit of a let down when she told me I could only book trips on card (I only had euros in cash) Zoe stepped in and helped me book the trips via reception. She genuinely spent almost an hour with me booking everything and I'm very grateful. For all of the staff though, nothing was ever too much trouble, all very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely return in the future. It was our girls first holiday abroad, so thankyou so much for making it such a memorable one!"
